Ncedo Ludada
Chief Executive Officer CEO
Ncedo Ludada is a qualified Medical Orthotist, a Co-Founder and CEO of Ludada and Associates. Mr Ludada’s interest in the field developed over the years and more so when he was awarded a scholarship to study in Tanzania. This was an excellent and exciting opportunity for him because his love for the field ensued.
In 2009 he received his BSc in Prosthetics and Orthotics at Tumaini University in Tanzania. Mr Ludada also received his MSc in Clinical Rehabilitation through Flinders University in Australia. Furthermore, he enrolled for master’s in business administration through Regenesys Business School, which he is still in the process of completing. He is affiliated with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), the International Society of Prosthetics and Orthotics and Golden Key International.
He has more than a decade and half of experience in both public and private sector. First as a clinical Orthotist and Prosthetist and Production Supervisor at Government Hospital. Secondly, as a Lecturer and senior lecturer at Walter Sisulu University. Lastly as entrepreneur at Ludada and Associates Orthopaedic Services.
Alatha Ndlebe
Non-Executive Director
As a qualified chartered accountant registered through SAICA, Alatha Ndlebe was appointed at Deloitte, one of the world's largest auditing and financial consulting companies. Alatha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a distinction in Accounting Management and a postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town. In addition, he completed a master’s in philosophy in Development Finance cum laude through the University of Stellenbosch in Business School. He also holds a qualification in blockchain through the University at Buffalo and Data Analysis at Rice University through Coursera.
His interests remain in teaching and education, risk management and financial reporting and philosophy, psychology and human behaviour. He has more than a decade and half of experience.
Francis Kwahene
Chief Financial Officer CFO
Francis Kwahene is a qualified chartered accountant registered with The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). Francis received a postgraduate diploma in Higher Education Studies at the University of Cape Town and completed an MCOM, Accounting Sciences degree through the University of Pretoria. In addition, Francis has a BCom through the University of Cape Town and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting as well.
Being passionate about education and teaching, Francis occupied senior-level positions for over ten years as a senior lecturer, head of department and Faculty Dean. Francis is acting Rector of the Mthatha campus of Walter Sisulu University (WSU). Several research papers have been published under Francis' name, which deal with business incubation during COVID-19 and the challenges business incubators face. He has more than a decade and half of experience.
