Training and Education
On Job Training

We provide practical workplace training opportunities for individuals with no formal qualifications or previous experience in orthotics and prosthetics.
Through hands-on learning and supervised practical work, general workers acquire technical skills in the manufacturing, assembly, finishing and maintenance of orthotic and prosthetic devices.
Our aim is to equip individuals with practical trade skills, develop their competencies and create pathways for them to become skilled technical assistants in the orthotic and prosthetic industry, while increasing employment opportunities for persons with disabilities and promoting greater inclusion in the workforce.
Work Integrated Learning

We provide workplace learning opportunities for students pursuing qualifications in orthotics and prosthetics, allowing them to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical clinical and technical experience.
Through supervised participation in patient assessments, device design, manufacturing, fitting and rehabilitation, students develop essential professional competencies and gain exposure to real-world clinical practice.
Our aim is to bridge the gap between academic education and professional practice, support the development of future orthotists and prosthetists, and contribute to a skilled and competent healthcare workforce.
Continuous Development

We support the continuous learning and professional growth of orthotists, prosthetists and other healthcare professionals through knowledge sharing, clinical education, practical workshops and professional collaboration.
Our focus is on advancing clinical knowledge, strengthening technical competencies and promoting evidence-based practice through exposure to emerging technologies, innovative treatment approaches and developments in orthotic and prosthetic care.
Our aim is to encourage lifelong learning, improve professional standards and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred rehabilitation services.
